Who we are and who to contact

This website is run by Rise Chemical, a partnership firm trading as Rise Chemical India (GSTIN ***********A1Z9), Plot No. 1/6, M-11 Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, Delhi 110015, India.

What you send us through the forms, and why

We collect only what you type into a form, plus a few details the website adds. We use them to answer your enquiry, send the brochure you asked for, and follow up with you about it.

  • Enquiry form: your name, email, phone number, country, how you found us, the product and quantity you need, and your message if you write one.
  • Brochure form: your company name, email, phone number, country and how you found us.
  • Added by the website: the country your internet connection appears to come from (worked out by our host from your IP address; the IP address itself is not put in the email), the page you sent the form from, and the first page you opened on this visit together with the website that sent you to it.

The form is sent as an email to our own inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. We do not keep your details in a database on the website, and we do not sell them. To stop abuse, the form code briefly keeps your IP address in the server's memory to limit how many forms one connection can send. It is not stored or put in the email, though our host's short-lived server logs may record it.

We may reply or follow up by email, phone or WhatsApp using the details you gave. A WhatsApp message from us goes through WhatsApp (Meta), whose privacy policy applies.

WhatsApp and phone

The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a message already written, which includes the address of the page you were on. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy then applies. Phone links only open your phone's dialler.

Cookies and browser storage

  • rc-locale (local storage): remembers whether you chose English or Arabic, saved only when you choose.
  • rc-landing (session storage): the first page of your visit and the site that sent you, added to a form if you send one. Your browser deletes it when you close the tab.
  • rc-analytics-off (local storage): saved only if you turn analytics off below.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, kept up to two years): count visits and show how people move through the site.

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. The site still works without them; it just will not remember your language or that you turned analytics off.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read, how visitors arrive (for example from Google or ChatGPT), their approximate location and device type, which buttons are used and, when you send a form, the country, product and "how you found us" answers from it. We never send your name, email, phone number or message to it. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses; it keeps visit-level data for up to 14 months, and reports that only show totals for longer. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these tools set no cookies on your device. The browser-storage entries listed above are still used.

Services that handle data for us

  • Vercel hosts the website and keeps short-lived server logs.
  • Resend delivers the form emails to our inbox.
  • Google (Gmail) is where the form emails arrive.
  • Cloudflare runs our domain's DNS and forwards email sent to our address.
  • Google Analytics, as described above.

Some of these services store data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails while we deal with you and afterwards as part of our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time, unless a law requires us to keep them; we then delete them from our inbox and from any WhatsApp chat about the enquiry.

Your choices

  • Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, or have it deleted.
  • Turn analytics off at any time with the switch under Analytics. Blocking cookies alone does not stop them.
  • Name someone to act for you if you cannot.

Write to sales@risechemicalindia.com from, or quoting, the email address or phone number you used in the form, so we can find your enquiry. We will reply within 90 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India through its website.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
